These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Clutch, operated by SBM Group LLC ("Clutch," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Clutch, joining a game, or opting in to receive SMS messages from Clutch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
What Clutch is
Clutch is a free-to-play live prediction game you play on your phone at participating venues during sports events. As the game airs, questions appear tied to live play-by-play data. Answer correctly to stay in; a wrong call eliminates you, and the last fan standing wins the venue's prize.
Clutch is a game of skill and entertainment. It is not betting, wagering, or gambling.
Eligibility and venue participation
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to play. Some events, venues, or prizes may require participants to be 21 years of age or older.
Clutch is available only at participating venues and only while a session is live there. Venues decide whether and when to host Clutch games. Clutch or the participating venue may decline entry, pause a game, or end a session when necessary for operational, technical, legal, or venue-related reasons.
Free to play
Clutch is always free to play. No purchase, payment, or bar tab is required to enter a game or to win a prize. Buying anything will not improve your chances of winning.
Game rules change by event
Question formats, timing, scoring, round structure, and tiebreakers vary from event to event and may change at any time, including during a live game and without notice. The rules in effect for a given session, as administered by Clutch, govern that session.
Prizes and winners
The winner of each session is determined by the rules of that game. Prizes are set, provided, and fulfilled by the participating venue, not by Clutch.
Winners may receive a claim code to redeem their prize at the venue. Prizes must be claimed in person and are subject to venue terms and availability. Prizes have no cash value unless the venue states otherwise and cannot be transferred or exchanged. In the event of a tie, scoring correction, technical issue, or data correction, the applicable game rules govern the outcome.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in through the Clutch signup flow, you agree to receive SMS messages from Clutch related to the specific live game or event you joined. These messages may include notifications when a round opens, when a question is live, reminders to submit your pick, game results, leaderboard updates, and prize claim notifications.
Message frequency varies depending on the game you are playing and how it unfolds. You may receive several messages during a single game. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Clutch does not send third-party marketing messages by SMS. Clutch does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties, affiliates, venues, sponsors, or partners for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Participating venues may host or promote Clutch games, but SMS messages are sent by Clutch only to users who opt in through the Clutch signup flow.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service
Clutch is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Clutch relies on third-party data feeds and services, including live sports data, hosting providers, and messaging providers, that may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Game play may also depend on the venue's internet connection, equipment, and event conditions. We may suspend, interrupt, or end a session at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBM Group LLC, Clutch, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your participation in Clutch, errors in live data, missed or delayed messages, service interruptions, scoring corrections, or prize availability.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
